Larry it was great to work with. We were amazed to see the plans (and the job) come through that included all the minute details we discussed and with such friendly service. The kitchen delivery guys were very friendly. Steve our installer was just lovely and did a beautiful job including tweaking cupboard doors over drawers, and making sure I was happy with shelf heights etc. Also your recommended Tradies, John and Tim the Electricians and David the Plumber were friendly, professional, on time and shockingly clean! I would like to take the opportunity to express my total satisfaction with the design and installation of my new kitchen.
The professional and friendly service provided by Larry and Steve was of the highest level. The kitchen was installed with the minimum of delay and absolutely no fuss.
The re-design from my old kitchen to the much more effective design developed by Larry was excellent. There was absolutely no pressure from Larry for me to make decisions and his assistance was invaluable. Larry made several visits, enabling me to take the time to make informed decisions without rush.
Steve, the installer, was professional in his approach, whilst at the same time very amenable to assisting with some last minute changes that we required.
It is obvious that the team of people working with Key Kitchens are of the most competent.
The end quote was very competitive with the other Kitchen manufacturers with whom we spoke, although the other manufacturers did not include the design suggestions that Larry was able to provide. The end result is a much more user friendly design then we previously had.
Once again a great vote of thanks to Steve for his excellent work and very pleasant personality.
